An agentic operating system for clubs
Omra runs the whole club on one member record — and its agents draft the work rather than reporting on it.
Most clubs run membership in one system, dining in another, the tee sheet or the regatta in a third, and reconcile them by hand at month end. Omra replaces that with a single member record everything settles against: membership and dues, billing and accounts receivable, the member portal, communications, point of sale, the tee sheet, regattas, camps, banquets and feedback.
A tee time booked in the member app, a regatta entry accepted, a dining ticket closed to a house charge and a quarter’s dues posting to every active household all land on the same ledger — and close once, with nothing re-keyed.
Most club software added AI that summarises what staff already know, leaving them to write every message it describes. Omra’s agents do the drafting instead: they rank the work, write each message in the club’s own voice and sign-off, and stop at a person for approval.
Nothing sends and no money moves without a staff member approving it. Every run is written down — what it read, how it ranked, what it drafted, and the moment it stopped to ask — so any decision can be opened and read back a season later. Both names stay on the record: the agent that drafted it and the person who approved it. One run, walked through end to end.
Yacht and sailing clubs and golf clubs first, built on one spine rather than two products bolted together — the regatta workflow and the tee sheet workflow read from the same member record as their dues. Other member clubs — swim, tennis, community — come after those two are right.
The platform is live. Membership and dues, billing and accounts receivable, the member portal, communications, point of sale, the tee sheet, regattas, camps, banquets and feedback all run today, and clubs can be onboarded onto them.
Every worked example on this site carries an illustrative label: the figures are written to show how the mechanism behaves, not to report what a club achieved. What is current and verifiable is the trust surface — the register of who processes club data, and the register of where omra uses AI and what each system may decide.
