How to reach omra
One address answers everything, and a booking link takes the one action the site exists to produce.
hello@clubomra.com is a monitored alias that both sends and receives. It is the right address for a sales or pricing question, a support question, a data protection or subprocessor query, or a request to know what omra holds about a member.
Omra is a small team and there is no call centre. Email is answered by a person. Clubs on the Priority support add-on have a named contact and a four-hour first response in business hours; everyone else is answered as fast as the team can.
cal.com/clubomra/demo — thirty minutes, run against your club’s own season and membership. Nothing to install and nothing to sign. A booking page beats a mail client for this one: you pick a slot instead of composing an email and waiting for a reply.
The full price book is on the landing page — a subscription banded by managed membership households, with the Premium and Priority support add-ons priced separately. For anything it does not answer, write to hello@clubomra.com.
A club is the controller for its own member data, and omra is the processor acting on that club’s instructions. Send data protection requests to hello@clubomra.com.
The register of companies that process data for omra, and the register of where omra uses AI and what each system may decide, are both public and need no account — read them on the trust page.
API keys, the OpenAPI document and the interactive reference are on the developer page. Write to hello@clubomra.com for a key problem or a missing endpoint.
