> One subscription, priced by the number of managed membership households. Not by
> staff seats, and not as a percentage of money moved.

A household is one membership, however many people it holds. Bands are measured
once a year, so growth mid-season never re-bills a club.

Feature access does not change between bands — the tier sets the price, not the
capability.

## Included at every band

- Unlimited staff accounts and roles.
- Standard remote onboarding and product documentation, with no setup fee.
- Messages that go out as the club — your name, address and sign-off.

## Not charged for

- No omra fee on dues, invoices, point of sale or house charges.
- Card processing is billed separately by the processor and never blended into
  one rate.

## Discounts

Three or more clubs under one operator take 10% off the subscription.

- Currency is USD. Prices are list prices; nothing here is a quote.
