Omra ranks the work, drafts it, and hands over one decision at a time. - Software that reports tells you 42 members are past due and sorts them by amount owed. You write all 42 notes yourself. - An agent that drafts ranks those 42 by amount, age and payment history, drafts each note in the club's own voice, and leaves you three judgement calls. **Nothing sends until a staff member approves it.** Money never moves on its own: refunds, payment plans and pay links all wait for the same approval. Those counts are illustrative — a worked example written to show the shape of the agent's output, not a result any club has reported. ## Provenance Every run is written down — what it read, how it ranked, what it drafted, and the moment it stopped to ask. Any decision can be opened and read back a season later. Included at every band: unlimited staff accounts and roles, standard remote onboarding with no setup fee, and messages that go out as the club rather than as a vendor. There is no omra fee on dues, invoices, point of sale or house charges. Card processing is billed separately and never blended into one rate. Bands are measured once a year, so growth mid-season never re-bills a club. Every name and balance in it is invented. ## The five steps 1. **See what the agent found** — the ranked queue of past-due balances, with the reasoning shown for the top item: amount owed, days past due, payment history and whether anything is disputed. 2. **Approve a reminder** — the agent ranked the past-due balances and drafted a note for each one. You only decide: approve, edit or skip. Approving once sends it, records who approved it, and follows up if there is no reply. 3. **Watch it send** — the message goes out as the club, in the club's own voice and sign-off, on the channel that member normally uses. 4. **Read the decision record** — what the run read, how it ranked, what it drafted, and where it stopped for a person. 5. **See the money land** — the payment settles against the same member record the balance came from. No club here is real, and no result is being claimed. ## 01 — What it reads Every open invoice in the club, with its age, its payment history, and whether anything about it is disputed. It reads the ledger the club already keeps; it does not build a second one. - Open balances: 1,284 - Past thirty days: 42 - Outstanding: $38,410 ## 02 — How it ranks Amount owed, days past due, payment history and dispute status. The ranking is deterministic — the same ledger produces the same order, and the weights are recorded with the run. A disputed balance drops out of the queue entirely rather than being ranked low. ## 03 — What it drafts One note per member, in the club's own voice and sign-off, matched to the channel that member normally uses. Where a balance would suit one, the draft can offer a payment plan. Omra never appears in the message — it goes out as the club. Both return the same document with YAML frontmatter carrying the canonical URL and the last-updated date.
